Terms of Use

Game Bazaar is a marketplace platform that helps users discover game project listings, publish listings, place bids, communicate with counterparties, track deals, and leave reviews.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, Square Dino is not a broker, escrow agent, fiduciary, payment intermediary for user-to-user deal consideration, or legal representative of any user. We provide the marketplace infrastructure. We do not guarantee that any deal will be completed, performed, paid, lawful, accurate, safe, or satisfactory.

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our own misconduct.
• You may not impersonate another person, share access in an abusive manner, or create accounts to evade moderation or restrictions.
• We may require account verification steps, including Roblox account linking or other checks, where relevant to marketplace integrity or security.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your listings, bids, messages, representations, and deal terms.
• A listing or bid on the Service does not by itself guarantee that a transaction will close or be enforceable.
• Users are solely responsible for negotiating, documenting, performing, and settling their deals, including payment, transfer of rights, access, code, assets, credentials, or other deliverables.
• You must not list or offer anything you do not have the right to sell, transfer, license, or discuss.
• You understand that other users may rely on information you provide, and misrepresentation may lead to removal, suspension, or legal claims.

Some Service features may be free, and some may require payment, a platform fee, or a voluntary donation. We may also offer premium or advanced functionality in the future.

If paid features are offered, additional pricing, billing, renewal, refund, or processor-specific terms may apply at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees paid for digital or already-provided features are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may use third-party payment providers for donations or paid features. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
• post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
• circumvent moderation, technical restrictions, or security controls;
• upload malware, harmful code, or abusive automated traffic;
• harass, threaten, extort, spam, or impersonate other users or our team;
• collect data from the Service through scraping or unauthorized automation;
• use the Service in a way that interferes with marketplace integrity, user safety, or platform operation.

You retain ownership of content you submit, to the extent you own it. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Square Dino a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and to grant this license.

We may, at our discretion, review, remove, restrict, edit, refuse, suspend, archive, or disable access to listings, messages, attachments, reviews, accounts, or other content if we believe it may violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or marketplace integrity.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts, limit features, reverse visibility, or preserve evidence for abuse investigation, legal compliance, or risk management.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, content structure, and non-user materials, is owned by Square Dino or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by law or by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service.

The Service may interact with third-party platforms or providers, including Roblox and infrastructure providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, policies, uptime, content, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, always available, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any listing, user, bid, review, communication, or transaction outcome will be truthful, lawful, complete, or successful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Square Dino LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific paid Service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Square Dino LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and contractors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the Service, or if doing so is required for legal, operational, or security reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute-related provisions, and accrued obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the competent courts of Armenia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
